Max Equity Development Corporation, d.b.a. Max Equity Home Improvements Inc., was incorporated in 1988 and began as a consulting business to help homeowners achieve the maximum market value when selling their home. Our purpose was to help homeowners receive the maximum value out of their remodeling investment.
A frequently asked question. Who would you recommend to do the work and how much will it cost? Therefore, Max Equity decided to do the consulting free and hire trades people so they could provide quality remodeling and achieve their original goal of maximizing Home Owner's equity.
In June 2002 Max Equity Home Improvements set up a new corporation, Max Equity Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri. Their goal is to help independent remodeling companies become competitive with the giant remodeling chains. They wanted to prevent what has happened to the corner drug store and what Wal-Mart has done to the independent retailer from happening to the independent remodeler. In 2005, Max Equity
Contractors' Buying/Marketing Group LLC, a new company, went national and expanded membership throughout the United States, by partnering with a New York website design/hosting company. Currently we have over
8,000 members in 50 states, representing over 5 billion remodeling dollars. We will continue to add members until we influence $20-30 billion in remodeling dollars.
Quality vendors (i.e. Alside Siding & Windows, Sherwin-Williams Paint Co., etc.) are supporting our members with volume rebates. We will add vendors in every product category in the top 50 retail markets as we have done in St. Louis. We also offer online savings with name brand vendors:
In addition to providing lower material cost for our members, we also will provide qualified members with free quality remodeling leads and lower cost of members' business insurance.
Leads are being generated on our
128+ search engine friendly websites. Leads are screened and passed on to qualified members (members who carry the necessary insurance and agree to our Code of Ethics).
As membership grows so will the number of quality vendors who will support our members. It's a win-win for everyone. More Members = More Vendors = Lower Prices.
