Equity
Lowering
remodelers' material costs is the driving
philosophy of Max Equity's Contractors'
Marketing/Buying Group. They have
negotiated volume rebates from both national
and local vendors in every major market,
including Alside Siding & Windows, ProSource
Flooring, Sherwin-Williams paint, and many
local vendors.
Rebates
are earned on total group purchases with a
given vendor and redistributed to members
quarterly. Members are entitled to 80%
of the earned rebate, with the remainder
covering Max Equity's administrative,
marketing and advertising costs.
As a NARI
member, membership in Max Equity's
CONTRACTORS' BUYING/MARKETING GROUP LLC is free.
There are no costs at all to the NARI member
to join or to start to receive volume
rebates. Members are not required to
use Max Equity's select group of vendors,
though they are encouraged to support them.
Rebates are above and beyond whatever the
member has negotiated on their own.
Max
Equity has over 51 websites in most major
markets, and welcomes local and national
vendors to participate in supporting NARI
remodelers with a volume rebate program.
